As an Illinois and Missouri-licensed Attorney and Counselor at Law, I am here to serve your legal needs. I offer reliable advice and representation in legal matters concerning a variety of disciplines. Browse this site to learn more. If you don't see what you need, I encourage you to contact me anyway. If I can't help you with your legal issue, I will help you find an attorney who can.
What Makes Me Different
I haven't been a lawyer all of my life; I was an average working person who rarely needed the services of an attorney. When I did need an attorney, I remember all too vividly how intimidating and uncomfortable the search was. I wanted someone who would listen to my concerns but who would NOT charge me outrageous fees.
Now that I am an attorney, it is my goal to treat clients the way I wanted to be treated back then - with respect and with empathy.
I offer personalized legal services, while trying to be sensitive to costs, because, at some point, everyone needs a lawyer.
What I Offer
My firm is a general practice firm. This means that you may come to me for all of your legal needs and I will assist you. If I can't help you, I will refer you to an attorney who can.
I also offer mediation services. I am a certified mediator and handle cases of family/divorce mediation, including issues involving custody and visitation, division of property, and child support. Some civil matters may also be handled through mediation.
